Selected partners receive a complete PRXY Tech Kit to keep onsite for the season with no equipment purchase or lease fees.
Applications close November 30, 2026.
Final partners will be selected and notified by the end of the year.

PRXY is building a limited network of 50 high-volume, event-focused course partners for the 2027 season.
Selected course partners receive a complete PRXY Tech Kit to keep onsite for the season with no equipment purchase or lease fees.
Course partners can offer PRXY across their corporate, charity, association, and member events while also deploying the technology between outings for leagues, member programming, sponsor activations, and pop-up competitions.
PRXY is prioritizing partners with meaningful event volume, dedicated tournament or event personnel, and an internal team committed to creating a better experience for event organizers, golfers, and sponsors.
Strong candidates generally represent one or more courses that host a significant number of corporate, charity, association, or member events each season and have a clear path to activating PRXY across multiple events.
We are also looking for partners interested in replacing outdated tape-measure and proxy-sign CTP contests with a live, technology-enabled competition.
50.
That’s it.
Each selected Course Partner receives a PRXY Tech Kit allocated specifically to its approved course or operating relationship for the 2027 season.
Because kit availability is limited, PRXY will evaluate each applicant based on event volume, personnel, activation potential, operational readiness, and overall fit with the partner program.
Applications for the 2027 PRXY Course Partner Program close November 30, 2026.
Selected course partners will be finalized and notified by the end of 2026, after which PRXY will coordinate directly with each course partner on onboarding, Tech Kit deployment, training, and preparation for the 2027 season.
Selected course partners receive a complete PRXY Tech Kit to keep onsite for the 2027 season with:
When an event activates PRXY, the course offers it as a premium event upgrade through its normal tournament-sales process.
PRXY’s activation fee is $2,500 per booked event. The course sets its own retail price and keeps 100% of the revenue generated above that fee.
The course determines its own retail pricing, packaging, prize structure, internal sales commission, and additional margin.
Course partners can also deploy PRXY between booked events for leagues, member programming, sponsor activations, pop-up competitions, and other revenue-generating uses.
We are looking for active partners, not storage locations for Tech Kits.
Selected Course Partners should have a clear internal owner for the program and be willing to introduce PRXY to qualifying event organizers throughout the season.
PRXY will favor partners with meaningful event volume, dedicated event personnel, strong organizer relationships, and a credible opportunity to activate PRXY repeatedly during 2027.
Because PRXY gives the event something valuable to market and monetize—not just another contest to run.
Closest-to-the-pin contests haven’t changed in decades.
Hit a shot, drive to the green, use a tape measure to figure out your distance to the pin, write your name on a piece of paper clipped to a small sign, manually stick that sign in the ground, and then wait several hours until after the round to figure out who won.
PRXY turns that overlooked side contest into a live, tech-enabled team competition with instant scoring, live leaderboard updates, and a course-defined winning-team prize.
For the event, PRXY creates a headline experience it can use to attract more golfers, sell a premium presenting sponsorship, increase registration revenue, and generate more profit.
For the course, every paid activation creates a premium upgrade it can price and package around the event, customer budget, sponsorship strategy, prize structure, and its own revenue goals.
Golfers get a team competition they can follow and actually care about winning.
And sponsors get meaningful visibility and engagement before, during, and after the event instead of another passive logo placement.
PRXY gives the course a premium technology-enabled event upgrade it can price and package based on the event, customer budget, sponsorship strategy, and its own revenue goals.
PRXY’s activation fee is $2,500 per booked event. The course determines its own retail pricing and keeps 100% of the revenue generated above that activation fee.
There are no equipment purchase or lease fees for selected course partners. Selected course partners receive a complete PRXY Tech Kit to keep onsite for the season.
The course controls how PRXY is priced and packaged for each event and how the additional revenue is allocated.
PRXY also gives your sales team a differentiated premium tournament offering it can use to attract more outings, create stronger sponsorship inventory, and increase event revenue.
Course partners can also use PRXY between booked events for leagues, member programming, sponsor activations, and pop-up competitions.
PRXY gives event organizers a headline competition they can market to attract more golfers, secure higher-value sponsors, and create a more memorable outing.
PRXY is offered through course partners as a premium event upgrade.
The course determines how PRXY is priced and packaged for each event based on the organizer’s budget, event size, sponsorship strategy, and revenue goals.
Courses may structure the upgrade through:
This gives organizers multiple ways to fund a stronger live competition, create meaningful prize opportunities, attract golfers, secure sponsors, and deliver a more memorable event.
Instead of participating in another static closest-to-the-pin contest, golfers compete together as a foursome in a live, tech-enabled team competition.
Qualifying shots are automatically detected and measured, results appear instantly on the PRXY Scanner, and all four golfers’ scores are combined into one team score.
Golfers can follow leaderboard movement and receive competition updates throughout the event rather than waiting until the round is over to learn who won.
The winning foursome receives the event’s standard prize package, which can be determined by the course, event organizer, and/or presenting sponsor.
PRXY recommends structuring the standard team prize as course credit when appropriate because it creates a meaningful reason for winning golfers to return to the host facility.
In addition to the event’s standard prize package, any team that scores 60+ points unlocks a $20,000 cash bonus funded by PRXY.
Most golf-event sponsorship inventory is passive. A sponsor puts its logo on a tee-box sign, banner, or cart and hopes golfers notice it.
PRXY gives the sponsor ownership of one of the most engaging and talked-about experiences at the event.
Before the event, the sponsor can be featured in registration, email, social, and promotional campaigns.
During the event, the sponsor can receive visibility through the PRXY Scanner, live leaderboard, golfer notifications, onsite branding, and activation opportunities.
After the event, the sponsor can remain connected through results, winner communications, follow-up campaigns, and course-credit redemption.
PRXY can also support personalized, technology-powered calls to action, lead capture, engagement tracking, and other tools designed to help sponsors generate and measure ROI.
PRXY turns the traditional closest-to-the-pin contest into a live, tech-enabled team competition that events can use to attract more golfers, secure higher-value sponsors, and generate more revenue.
PRXY automatically detects qualifying shots, calculates exact proximity, converts each result into points, and combines all four golfers’ scores into one team score.
Results are displayed instantly on the PRXY Scanner, and the live leaderboard updates throughout the event so golfers can follow the competition in real time.
The winning foursome receives the event’s standard winning-team prize, determined by the course, event organizer, and/or presenting sponsor. PRXY recommends structuring that prize as course credit redeemable at the host course.
In addition, any team that scores 60+ points earns a $20,000 cash bonus funded by PRXY.
Each of the four golfers on a team takes one shot each. No mulligans.
The PRXY scoring zone extends 20 feet from the hole.
Any shot finishing inside the scoring zone earns points using a simple formula:
20 minus the shot’s distance from the hole.
For example, a shot finishing 5.25 feet away earns 14.75 points, while a shot finishing 2.37 feet away earns 17.63 points.
Shots outside the 20-foot scoring zone earn zero points.
A hole-in-one earns 50 points.
All four golfers’ scores are combined into the team’s final score.
The team with the most points receives the event’s standard winning-team prize, determined by the course, event organizer, and/or presenting sponsor.
The host course issues and administers the winning-team prize after PRXY confirms the final results.
The scoring system also creates an additional performance incentive: any team that reaches 60+ points earns a $20,000 cash bonus funded by PRXY, in addition to the event’s standard winning-team prize.
PRXY adds a high-stakes performance bonus on top of the event’s normal prize structure.
Any team that reaches 60+ points in the PRXY team CTP competition earns a $20,000 cash bonus funded by PRXY.
The $20,000 bonus is separate from whatever prize package is established for the event by the course, event organizer, and/or presenting sponsor.
For example, an event could award the winning foursome course credit, merchandise, a golf experience, sponsor-funded prizes, or another prize package. If that same team also reaches the 60-point threshold, PRXY would fund the additional $20,000 cash bonus.
This allows every event to control its own standard prize structure while giving golfers an additional high-stakes target to chase during the PRXY competition.
Each course partner determines how PRXY is priced and packaged for its events.
PRXY’s activation fee is $2,500 per booked event, and the course keeps 100% of the revenue generated above that activation fee.
Courses can structure PRXY however best fits the event — including per-golfer pricing, per-team pricing, presenting sponsorship, event-budget allocation, or a combination of those approaches.
For a full 144-golfer shotgun, the PRXY activation fee represents less than $20 per golfer.
For example, a course could offer PRXY as a $35-per-golfer Championship upgrade, generating $5,040 in event revenue.
An illustrative allocation could be:
This is only an example.
The course controls:
The goal is to give each course partner full flexibility to package PRXY in the way that best fits its events and business model.
The winning-team prize can be determined by the course, event organizer, and/or presenting sponsor based on the event’s goals and budget.
PRXY does not require a specific prize structure.
To create additional value for the host course, PRXY recommends structuring the prize as course credit for each member of the winning team. This gives the winners a meaningful reason to return to the facility after the event while keeping the value inside the course ecosystem.
A common example would be $2,000 in total course credit — $500 for each member of the winning foursome.
Course credit could be used for:
The host course determines the prize amount, redemption options, and administration.
PRXY confirms the winning team and competition results.
Separate from the standard event prize, any team that reaches 60+ points earns an additional $20,000 cash bonus funded by PRXY.
Very little.
There are no equipment purchase or lease fees and no dedicated PRXY event operator is required.
PRXY provides the technology, remote event support, competition infrastructure, scoring, and winner confirmation.
Selected course partners keep a complete PRXY Tech Kit onsite for the season.
Setup before events takes only a few minutes, and no dedicated staff is required during play.
After PRXY confirms the winning foursome, the course issues and administers its course-defined winning-team prize.
Courses can also deploy PRXY between booked events for leagues, member events, sponsor activations, pop-up competitions, and other programming.
